Spring has arrived at Blue Mountain Farms - Fiber Mill!
This past Saturday, we hosted a knitting group! The visit included a tour of the mill along with a full movie demonstrating the entire process of our mill, meet & greet with the spring goat kids and lambs, a catered lunch including our homemade angelfood cake with goatsmilk icing, and and afternoon of shopping, show& tell, and open knitting! If you have a group that you would like us to host, give us a call or email us to schedule your group! All babies for this year have hit the ground here at Blue Mountain! We have a Leicester Longwool lamb, Angora goat kids, and Nubian kids! We were invited to speak at the Sunshine Seniors Club Lunch yesterday and share the story of our family farm, all of the exciting things we do, and display several of our products! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! What a treat to visit with everyone for the lunch time hour!
