Our honey retains the natural vitamins and minerals, and, you know, the good stuff found in raw honey because it has not been high pressure filtered or pasteurized! We are a small family farm and are committed to using no chemicals in our beehives. We harvest our honey seasonally, so you tell a slight variation in taste from buckwheat to clover to mint and more in our honey!
